Two blade inserts can be put into this BLADE CASE and locked in. It then can be stored in a draw or left to stand on the tee. Water drops can drip down into the tee through the holes in the base of the BLADE CASE and then the BLADE CASE can be taken out and the water collected in the tee can be tipped out.

Remember that the V4 V-Slicer is the only V-Slicer model that you can put the slicing insert in a locked position that leaves it’s surface slightly above the v-blade so that it is totally safe.

For other V-Slicers (e.g. Trend Line) you still need the storage rack for that model to safely store the main V-Frame in a locked position in the front of the storage rack and you can store the julienne insert and the 7mm chipper insert in the back compartments of the storage rack.

Now if you buy the optional blade inserts (i.e. the 1.6mm and the 10mm blade inserts) as well, you may consider buying the BLADE CASE for these extra two blade inserts.

This allows you to safely store any of the two blade inserts with the V-Slicer main frame (with the slicer insert in the main frame) in the standard storage rack and the remaining two blade inserts can be stored in the BLADE CASE.

N.B. If you do not have or want the storage rack for the Trend V-Slicer at least buy the BLADE CASE for the blade inserts you have! These blade inserts stored in a draw is an accident waiting to happen! Buy before the accident, not after!
