Zester/Grater
A must for every workbench. One side produces a
very fine and soft grate (excellent for zesting) while
the other side is perfect for ginger and pureeing the
likes of potato for thickening, making apple sauce, grating
nutmeg and chocolate.
The grater section can be pushed out and
turned over and snapped back into the frame to use the
other side.
Quite simply there is no other
grater in the world like it!
