Our new serrated blade designed to peel
onions but also excellent on soft fruits like kiwifruit
and tomatoes. The blade has a thicker set so is better
when thick peeling is required like citrus fruit and old
potatoes or potatoes that have gone a little green.
Excellent for making coleslaw and slicing
other vegetables, for sandwiches or salads. Can cut in
both diretions - so very quick
Cut cabbage in half through the root system
and move blade back and forwards across the face of the
cabbage, keeping the blade at right angles to the leaf
edge you are cutting.
Once the area you are shredding gets as
wide as the blade, work on the area to the left or right
of this creating a "hill" which you then cut
off.
